Les Dames d 'Escoffier

We are a philanthropic organization of women leaders in the fields of food, fine beverage and hospitality. The by-invitation membership, composed of over 2,200 members in 38 chapters in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Mexico, is highly diversified and reflects the multifaceted fields of contemporary gastronomy and hospitality.
The Quarterly

The Quarterly magazine connects the Dames across 38 chapters in a personal, photographic and informative way. The Winter issue focuses on the latest LDEI conference, while the remaining three issues showcase Dames based on a particular theme, such as "Tasty Travels" and "Dames who Farm."

The 2017 LDEI Annual Conference will be held October 26-29 at the Island Hotel in Newport Beach, CA. Hosted by the Los Angeles/Orange County chapter, the meeting will take as its theme "California Dreaming: Experiencing California Cuisine from Farm to Table."
